Requires: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in personnel experience including one (1) year payroll administration experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. NOTE: No substitution is allowed for the required one (1) year of experience in payroll administration. Preference may be given to applicants with PeopleSoft Time and Labor experience.
